Valentine's Day (and my birthday) are fast approaching. I love Valentine's Day. It's wonderful if you're in love. But, it should also be a day where you remember and celebrate all kinds of love and friendship.

1. Send a card or an email to someone you haven't talked to in a while. Let them know how much they mean to you.

2. Use your creativity. Write a song or a poem for someone.

3. Make a card for someone or write them a note. Go out on the web. There are thousands of Valentine's Day projects.

4. Make a special meal or a treat for someone.

5. Each year, our fun team at work sponsors a "Secret Pal" week during Valentine's. It's a way to celebrate and receive a special present or trinket each day.

6. Do something special for your pet. They enjoy treats too!

7. Make coupons for friends and family. (Good for one free foot massage. Good for one free car wash...) Be creative!
