Toastmasters is a wonderful opportunity for you to improve your public speaking skills. It's also a great outlet for your writing. I completed my CTM, Competent Toastmaster award, and I had to give 10 different speeches. Not only did I get feedback on my delivery, but I had an instant audience for my writing. 

Toastmasters also has advanced programs for those who want to work on storytelling or humor. My friend is getting ready to complete her last speech requirement for her Distinguished Toastmaster award. (Congratulations, Sue!)
