Ready, Set, Go...
I saw a long document where the content was pasted from about four other documents. The document's owner didn't adjust the fonts, font sizes, or the quotation marks. It was really obvious that it was pieced together. Give your documents a once over before you publish or distribute.
1. Make sure that your table of contents is updated.
2. Make sure that the title page, header, and footer are all correct.
3. Spellcheck everything one last time.
4. Make sure that your fonts, sizes, styles, and colors are correct.
5. If you have links, check them one last time to make sure that they're valid.
