I just finished The Last Lecture by Randy Pausch and Jeffery Zazlow. It's a must-read for teachers and anyone looking for inspirational reading.     Agreed! The Alice project was not well received by my 9 y.o., but then it's really for middle schoolers and older. We'll try it again over the summer. Wish we could make the kids do more than kiss, though...!
