I love this site!  It's called Get2Human. From the main page, you can search for company names, and it provides a way to bypass the automated customer service routine to get to a human. I've been trapped recently in multiple layers of automated fun with no visible means of escape. Hopefully, this will save some of your time and spare you from the maze that has become improperly labeled as customer service.
