I found these two authors on the Stop You're Killing Me web site. I always go there to find new and interesting mystery writers. I like their "if you like..." sections and that I can search by all kinds of combinations to see new (to me) stuff.

I found Lawrence Block and Marshall Karp. They're worth checking out. Both mix a lot of humor with some good mysteries and cop stories.
