Take a moment to remember this week why you are thankful. It's too easy to get wrapped up in work and the grind of every day life.

Make sure that your family knows that you value them and that you appreciate their company.

I am thankful for all of the men and women who sacrifice to keep our country free and allow me keep my freedoms.
