I saw a link for FreeCycle.org  in an article in the paper this week. It's an interesting site. You can join a group in your area and look for free items, or you can create posts for things you want to get rid of.

We're doing a small remodel on a bathroom. I've now got a countertop, two faucets, and mirror that I'm going to post an entry about. I'll let you know how it works out.
