You could have called...
It's Monday, and I survived another atrocious customer service experience...
I scheduled a hair appointment six weeks ago at a salon near my house (which is 35 miles from my job). (A salon that I've been going to since last year.) They called me on Friday to confirm my appointment.
I know stuff happens. My stylist called in sick today. I would have been happy to reschedule. But, I found out when I hit the door eight minutes before my appointment. (You had my cell number, my home number, and my work number. I even have an email address on file.) I checked all of them. There was no message to reschedule. The young lady at the desk who broke the news wanted to know if I wanted to come back tomorrow or next week.
I hope you didn't have a manic Monday! (Oh, and I made a new appointment at another salon this evening.)
