I have a new subscription to Safari Books Online, a library for business and IT references. It has an amazing catalogue of reference books on thousands of topics (writing, management, project management, programming, finance, human resources management, training...).

I like that I can access hundreds of reference books quickly with the robust subject and content searches. I can finally get rid of the outdated dictionary and thesaurus that are gathering dust on my bookshelf. I can also highlight and bookmark items that I want to review again.
