I've always loved Andy Warhol. Here are some interesting sites that will create Pop Art from your photos.

AllPopArt has some great examples of portraits of children, adults, and pets. There are some interesting layouts and designs.  

PhotoWow  has many of the same looks. They offer stationery and notecards.

Now, I just have to decide which photo I want to use.
