Autumn is finally here. We had a rough summer. The sun's out, and the weather's great. I'm excited. This is the weekend of the Richmond Folk Festival. If you're nearby, you need to stop in for a visit. If you're too far way, go to their website, and you can sample the different acts that are scheduled. The planners do an incredible job of getting acts from everywhere.

This is one of the best events that Richmond, VA hosts each year. It is a massive outdoor concert with multiple stages on the river. There are multiple stages, and tons of things to do, see, or listen to. It's also free.

Some of the acts were doing soundchecks yesterday afternoon, and they sounded great! (My day job is at a nearby building. The soundchecks added a lot of life to our 3:00 meeting.)
