I found this US geography quiz on the History.com site. The expert level requires state placement without context and the state capital. I did better on the beginner one because it left the surrounding states in place. I moved Oklahoma and Colorado. For some reason, I had Colorado further west.

My head is too full of PIN numbers and project schedules lately. I used to know all of the states and their capitals and the periodic table. Give the quiz a try and see how you do.
