Old vs. New...Good eReader Review

I always resist change. We live in a world that's constantly in flux, and I still am reluctant to embrace some changes. I love my books.

I went to Barnes and Nobel recently, and I got a tour of the color Nook by the person in the kiosk. I have to admit; it was fascinating. This is a good review  by the Wall Street Journal. I am intrigued. I'm just not sure I'm ready to move away from paper.

Any converts? Post a comment and let me know about the good, bad, and ugly.

Hey, Heather! I got a Sony Touch this past fall after traveling to Chicago lugging around Justin Cronin's 800+ page "The Passage" from plane to el to train to plane for a week! I'm sold on its convenience when traveling, and am getting used to reading books this way (makes my morning commute a little lighter when I've got a book on it, too). I'll NEVER give up books completely, but it certainly does help make a travel load lighter. Also, the DC public library system has an electronic media loan system, so I can also borrow e-books so I don't have to purchase everything I want to read. I guess you can call me an "adapter," not a "convert."
