No, a Dog License is not a License to Drive...
Richmond police weren't sure about this one. A car accident was reported, and when they arrived, the only occupants were two dogs. (A woman didn't have the car in gear when she left the dogs to run into a convenience store.) I don't want the jacks to get any ideas about taking the car. They have a wild streak.

LegoLand Prank...
The staff at LegoLand California swapped out their boss' car with a replica made from the classic plastic toys. Wow! We went to LegoLand at Mall of America, and the creations were amazing.

There was also a local artist in Richmond who would do portraits made from Legos.
