Conant and Norgaard's TOUCHPOINTS
Recently, I read Douglas R. Conant and Mette Norgaard's TouchPoints: Creating Powerful Leadership Connections in the Smallest of Moments. This is one of the better leadership books that I've read in a long time. There are a lot of real world examples, and it's easy to apply the learnings.
I like their philosophy of finding teachable moments. It's great advice for managers, supervisors, parents, and coaches.
