It's nice to get a pat on the back every once in a while. I'm on several committees that plan recognition, fun, and morale boosters. Here are some of the sites that we use...
Baudville - This site has a lot of recognition ideas and gifts. They also have a nice blog with ideas and recognition reminders.
Oriental Trading Company - I've used this site for years. It doesn't matter what kind of themed party we're planning, they have something to make it fun. (We got Pop Rocks and mood rings here for our retro party.) They also have lots of neat Halloween items if you don't want to pass out candy.
