For the record (Sorry, Massachusetts!), the first American Thanksgiving was really held in Virginia at Berkeley Plantation in 1619.

I'm not doing the Black Friday thing. I've decided not to battle the crowds. I'll do something fun tomorrow. The paper weighed about ten pounds this morning with all of the ads. There was an interesting story (when I actually found the news part) about one of our local malls. I like technology, but this just struck me funny. The mall is using cell phone software to track shoppers by their cell phones. They're mining data about shopping habits. I'm going to watch this one. I'm interested to see what kinds of comments that it generates.
