This is about how he created TOMS. For every pair of shoes that's purchased, his company provides a free pair to someone who needs them. The company has also expanded from the original shoe mission. His company makes a difference, and he highlights other intriguing stories in the book.

His story is inspiring, and the book is packed with great resources.
